The Construction Engineer role is crucial in the EV rollout, overseeing construction activities and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. You will play a key role in driving the successful deployment of EV charging solutions, navigating challenges and meeting project timelines.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Represent bp in site construction and commissioning activities
  • Handle technical queries and ensure quality issue resolution
  • Ensure safe and compliant delivery of activities
  • Support teams throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage risks and contribute to installation performance targets
  • Collaborate with regional deployment teams
  • Oversight of charger installation activities
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support project managers in project delivery
  • Identify and address potential risks
  • Facilitate negotiations with industry stakeholders
Your Qualifications:
  • Degree in civil engineering or related field
  • Experience in project management and civil installations
  • Proficiency in industry standards and protocols
  • Fluency in German and English (additional languages a plus)
  • 5-10 years' experience in engineering projects
  • Knowledge of electrical installations and charging networks
  • Experience in Agile Project Management
  • Strong commitment to BP's standards and values
