Die ILB - die Investitionsbank des Landes Brandenburg - ist das zentrale Förderinstitut für die Region Brandenburg. Als Expert:in Data Management sind Sie Teil des Teams Data Governance und gestalten die Modernisierung der Datenlandschaft und deren Nutzung innerhalb der ILB aktiv mit. Als Generalist:in bringen Sie Ihre umfassende Expertise in allen vier Handlungsfeldern unseres Fachgebiets ein:

Als Partner:in für die Fachbereiche, die IT und im Rahmen von Prozessoptimierung leisten Sie zudem einen wesentlichen Beitrag zu unserer Zukunftsvision Digitalisierung.

Eine wesentliche Rolle des Teams ist die Beratung und Begleitung von datenbezogenen Vorhaben und Projekten in der ILB. Ihre Kompetenz ist es dabei, Gemeinsamkeiten, Themenabhängigkeiten und Projektstrukturen zu erfassen und sie zu den Themenfelder des Datenmanagements in Beziehung zu setzen. Gemeinsam mit den anderen Fachexpert:innen unseres Teams Data Governance gestalten Sie Lösungsansätze, um so das Datenmanagement der ILB nachhaltig weiterzuentwickeln.

Diese vielfältigen Aufgaben erwarten Sie:

Kompetent und lösungsorientiert vertreten Sie die vier Handlungsfelder des Teams bei datenbezogenen Anforderungen und Projekten in der ILB.
Sie sind datenseitig die erste Ansprechperson für die Fachbereiche und beraten zu themenbezogenen Fragen und Problemen.
Gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen analysieren Sie aktuelle und perspektivisch entstehende datenmanagementbezogene Herausforderungen, entwickeln Maßnahmen und begleiten deren Umsetzung.
Durch Ihr internes Netzwerk behalten Sie den Überblick und bringen fachrelevante bereichsübergreifende Projekt- und Anforderungsthemen aus dem Haus mit ins Fachteam Data Governance.
Sie analysieren, gestalten und optimieren effiziente Lösungsansätze und Vorgaben zum Thema Datenmanagement für die ILB.
Als fachliche:r Generalist:in im Datenmanagement bleiben Sie in allen vier Handlungsfeldern des Teams up-to-date und vertreten Ihre Kolleg:innen im Abwesenheitsfall kompetent.
