After growing rapidly in the last few years, we look for ambitious talent to contribute to CYBEX's success story.Your are of responsibilities:
- Efficiently coordinate and oversee the team's activities, conducting regular reviews to ensure project alignment and progress
- Assume a leadership role in small construction teams, demonstrating professional authority to drive project success
- Independently construct intricate product components, demonstrating technical expertise.
- Innovatively implement mechanical solutions and create freehand sketches for immediate visualization of concepts
- Develop technical documentation and drawings for both existing and future products, catering to both internal and external stakeholders
- Foster crossfunctional teamwork within intercultural teams, serving as a vital interface with international designers, development teams, and suppliers
- Provide intensive support to our foreign suppliers during series production launches, ensuring smooth and successful production runs
- Integrate modification requests and collaborate on technical proposals for innovative solutions
Your profile of qualification:
- Successful completion of a technical qualification or technical engineering studies with a focus on mechanics, plastics, or a related field.
- Several years of handson experience in the development of mechanical industrial or consumer goods, particularly those made of plastic or metal.
- Proficiency in 3D Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools, preferably PTC
- Creo
- Strong knowledge of MS Office software.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with both internal teams and external partners
- A precise, independent, and goaloriented approach to work, ensuring highquality results
- Willingness to travel, including trips to China, to support project needs and collaborate with international teams
- High flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
- Capacity to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously, managing time and resources effectively
- Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team, fostering cooperation and synergy among team members Fluency in English is a requirement, and proficiency in Chinese is considered a plusCYBEX operates globally and has employees from over 29 nations.
