**Deine Mission**:
In dieser Rolle repräsentierst du die kaufmännische Leitung unserer Business Unit Value Added Services und stellst als Schnittstelle zur CFO die Kernfinanzprozesse (Abschluss, Planung, Reporting und Aussteuerung der Business Performance) sicher.
Im Rahmen deiner End-to-End Verantwortung von der Planung bis zur Aussteuerung der Business Performance hast du die Aufgabe, Business-Entscheidungen mittels fundierter finanzieller Bewertungen vorzubereiten und zu unterstützen, als Frühwarnsystem für Planabweichungen zu agieren und die Einleitung von Gegenmaßnahmen vorzuschlagen und anzufordern.
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Planung, Aussteuerung und das Reporting der Business Unit Value Added Services in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Product Lead.
- Dabei berätst und unterstützt du bei der Strategie
- und Zieldefinition der Business Unit, sowie bei der operativen Priorisierung, Auswahl & Umsetzung von Produkten und Services.
- Als Sparringspartner im Business übersetzt du die Business Unit-Ziele, -Strategien und Initiativen (Discoveries, OGSMT, etc.) in relevante Business Cases und stellst deren Abstimmung und Reflektion in den transaktionalen Business Units, sowie in der Budget-Planung sicher.
- Du verantwortest den Aufbau, die Analyse und das Monitoring der BU-KPI inkl. der Beratung und Unterstützung bei entsprechenden Maßnahmen im Sinne der Zielerreichung der Business Unit.
- Du bringst dich federführend beim Auf
- und Ausbau, sowie bei der Pflege eines unternehmensübergreifenden, kontinuierlichen Kunden-KPI Monitorings zum Zwecke der Analyse und Steuerung des Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) ein. Dabei koordinierst du die Erstellung einer Planungs
- und Monitoringlogik, die die Kundensicht und somit eine Unterscheidung und Planung der unterschiedlichen Kundengruppen ermöglicht.
- Du übernimmst die Führungsverantwortung für die Business Analysten der Business Unit und stellst deren effizienten Einsatz, sowie deren Weiterentwicklung sicher.

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Für diese verantwortungsvolle Rolle bringst du ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Finance, Controlling bzw. Accounting mit.
- Du konntest bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finance & Controlling-Bereich eines Unternehmens sammeln, idealerweise in der E-Commerce-Branche.
- Du verfügst über umfassende Kenntnisse in Budgetprozessen, Business Planning, Financial Modeling und in der Erstellung von Business Cases.
- Du besitzt Expertise in der Analyse und Interpretation von Zahlen und Daten sowie der Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen für das Top-Management.
- Du kannst einschlägige Erfahrung in der Konzeption, Umsetzung und Optimierung kaufmännischer Prozesse nachweisen.
- Du zeichnest dich durch deine exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie dein Durchsetzungsvermögen aus und bist geprägt durch dein analytisches Denken. Bei der Problemlösung hilft dir Deine Hands-On-Mentalität.
- Du konntest bereits Führungserfahrung sammeln.
- Dein Profil wird abgerundet durch sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse.
