Aufgabenprofil:

Der Quality Manufacturing Engineer (m/w/d) mit Fokus auf die First Article Inspection unterstütztmaßgeblich die Einführung stabiler Produktionsprozesse. Der Schwerpunkt liegt dabei auf einernachhaltigen Qualität des Endproduktes. Als FAI Leader (m/w/d) stellen Sie sicher, dass dieAnforderungen aus Bauunterlagen und Vorschriften eingehalten und die Bauteile in Serie konform denVorgaben produziert werden.

Der/Die Stelleninhaber ist als Quality Manufacturing Engineer (d/m/w) FAI Leader tätig. DasAufgabengebiet gliedert sich im Detail wie folgt:

FAI Leader: Vorbereitung der FAI, Ansprechpartner während des FAI Prozesses, Verantwortlich fürdie Abweichungsverfolgung Erstellung von FAI Prüfplänen unter Berücksichtigung von Bauunterlagenanforderungen FAI Organisation: Vorbereitung und Moderation des FAI Kick off ́s mit multifunktionalem Team ausEngineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Produktion und Quality Definition von Validierungsmethoden für FEMI & Programmfreigaben Sichtung und Bewertung bereits existierender FAI Berichte Definition von Messmethoden und Messmitteln für die entsprechende FAI Aktivität Schnittstelle in FAI Fragen zur Produktion, Qualitätssicherung, Arbeitsvorbereitung und zum Design Reporting von FAI Kennzahlen

Studium:

Informatik mind. Bachelor-Studiengangoder Ingenieurwesen mind. Bachelor-Studiengangoder Qualitätsmanagement

Berufserfahrung:

Qualitätsmanagement mind. über 3 Jahre

IT:

MS-Office mind. Kenntnis von DetailfunktionenSAP mind. Kenntnis von DetailfunktionenVorzugsweise G Suite

weitere Qualifikationen:

Vorzugsweise in First Article Inspection Erfahrung mit metallischen Fertigungsverfahren von Vorteil Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen mit B-Flow und Norm Master von Vorteil

Sprachkenntnisse:

Deutsch mind. verhandlungssicher Englisch mind. versiert
