**Job Description**:

Unsere Arzneimittel helfen Millionen von Patienten bei ihrem Kampf gegen schwere Erkrankungen wie z.B. Krebs, Nieren
- oder Herz-/ Kreislauferkrankungen.
- In Deutschland wird Amgen durch einen Forschungsstandort und einen Vertriebsstandort vertreten. Beide Standorte befinden sich in München. Diese Ausschreibung betrifft den Vertriebsstandort in der Riesstraße.- Aufgaben:
- Erstellen von vertraglichen Vereinbarungen im Rahmen Klinischer Prüfungen und anderen Studien in Abstimmung mit den internationalen/lokalen Studienteams und der lokalen Rechtsabteilung
- Bearbeitung und Verhandlung der Verträge und Budgets seitens der Vertragspartner innerhalb festgelegter Parameter
- Finalisierung der lokalen Studienbudgets auf der Basis internationaler Vorgaben in enger Abstimmung mit den Leitern des internationalen Studienteams und der Pricing-Gruppe
- Anlage und Pflege der Bestellnummern in SAP
- Abwicklung der quartalsweisen Honorarzahlungen an Prüfzentren einschließlich Anforderung, Bearbeitung, Prüfung und Nachverfolgung der Rechnungen bis hin zur finalen Abschlussprüfung
- Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Vertraulichkeitsvereinbarungen
- Erstellung und Erneuerung der Versicherungszertifikate im Rahmen der Klinischen Prüfung
- Voraussetzungen:
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder Berufsausbildung mit min. 2 Jahren Erfahrung in der klinischen Forschung, idealerweise im Vertragswesen
- Erfahrung in der Abwicklung der quartalsweisen Honorarzahlungen an Prüfzentren einschließlich Anforderung, Bearbeitung, Prüfung und Nachverfolgung der Rechnungen bis hin zur finalen Abschlussprüfung wünschenswert
- Selbständiger, ergebnisorientierter Arbeitsstil einschl. proaktiver Problemlösung, sehr gute organisatorische und planerische Fähigkeiten
- Qualitäts
- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie Verhandlungsgeschick
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und Freude am Umgang mit Zahlen
- Versiert im Umgang mit MS Word und MS Excel sowie in der Anwendung und Pflege von Datenbanken (CGS, KoPS) und detaillierte SAP/eFinity Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Fließende Deutsch
- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Verbindlicher, freundlicher und lösungsorientierter Kommunikationsstil
