Job Summary:

Lead Auditor (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

- Unterhält Bewertungs
- und Überwachungsauditpläne für das IECEx
- und ATEX-Qualitätssicherungssystem. (QAR/QAN) IEC/EN
- Unterhält Bewertungs
- und Überwachungsauditpläne für die Qualitätssicherung von Managementsystemen wie ISO9001, ISO14001 und ISO18001
- Überwacht, um den Abschluss des Audits sicherzustellen
- Schlägt bei Bedarf Empfehlungen für die Programme vor
- Hilft bei der Koordination von Schulungen und Akkreditierungen von Prüfungsmitarbeitern.
- Erleichtert die Entwicklung von Kooperationsvereinbarungen mit anderen Behörden und Benannten Stellen
- Hilft bei der Entwicklung und Pflege von Prüfungspreisrichtlinien
- Führt nach Bedarf Qualitätsaudits durch und erstellt den Abschlussbericht
- Hilft bei Bedarf bei der Beilegung von Streitigkeiten mit Partnern der Benannten Stelle
- Hilft Herstellern mit nicht konformen Qualitätsmanagementsystemen, die Anforderungen zu verstehen und gleichzeitig die Unparteilichkeit der Prüfer nicht zu verletzen

Ausbildung:

- Postsekundäre Ausbildung (z. B. Hochschulabschluss) vorzugsweise im Bereich Elektrotechnik/Elektronik
- Abschluss des anerkannten Lead Auditor-Kurses (40 Unterrichtsstunden)
- Für weitere Qualifikationen und On-the-Job-Training siehe Richtlinie CAN/CSA-ISO 19011:03 "Guidelines for Quality and /or Environmental Management Systems Auditing"

Erfahrung:

- Erfahrung mit Produktzulassungen für explosionsgefährdete Bereiche wünschenswert
- Neben der Qualifikation als Lead Auditor wäre Aufsichtserfahrung von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in der Arbeit in Fertigungsumgebungen

Fähigkeiten:

- Vertrautheit mit dem Herstellungsprozess wäre von Vorteil
- Hohes Maß an mündlicher und schriftlicher Kommunikationsfähigkeit erforderlich
- Hohe Aufmerksamkeit insbesondere bei Vor-Ort-Audits erforderlich
- Erforderliche analytische Fähigkeiten bei Vor-Ort-Audits, Bestimmung des Übereinstimmungsgrades des Qualitätsmanagementsystems des Herstellers mit den geltenden Qualitätsstandards
- Vor-Ort-Audits sind komprimierte Tätigkeiten, die vom Auditor Fokussierung, Scharfsinn und Entschlossenheit erfordern

Reisen:

- Es sind umfangreiche Reisen zu Standorten erforderlich, hauptsächlich, jedoch nicht beschränkt auf Europa
- Die Abwesenheitsdauer pro Prüfungsreise beträgt in der Regel eine Woche, in der Regel zwei Wochen pro Monat
