go-e is the invitation to move electrically. E-mobility is our drive, and our core competence is charging technology for electric cars.

With charging stations for EVs with photovoltaic connection and load balancing, we are a provider of comprehensive system solutions for all requirements of modern e-mobility.


As a UX Researcher, you will join our Design Team and collaborate closely with product managers and business owners to put forward user experience solutions that make our products better.

You will be one of the main drivers in conceptualization, research, prototyping, validation with users, implementation, and evaluation. Ultimately, you will ensure that business requirements are effectively translated into design.

Your area of responsibility:

  • Be a part of the Design Team and take a significant role in the user journey, by collaborating with a variety of key people such as UX/UI designers, product designer, industrial designer, and product managers
  • Facilitate the thinking process, coordinate and conduct user interviews, in German and English, and other research methods
  • Help company to understand customer needs, goals, motivations and behaviors through solid research
  • Support and validate your work through the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data
  • Help design team with assets, such as concepts, wireframes, and prototypes
  • Implement user testing methods to identify potential problem areas
  • Detect the need for any improvements and take steps accordingly
  • Communicate the results of the user research to the whole company

It would be great if you have:

  • Experience in planning and conducting user research and analysis
  • Proven track record for solving UX design challenges and simplifying processes to intuitive interfaces
  • Experience in creating user stories and storyboards
  • Strong understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate business objectives into digital experiences
  • Knowledge of user experience standards for mobile interfaces
  • Fluent in English and German (German language skills are a mandatory requirement for this position)

It would be even better if you have:

  • Understanding of quantitative data
  • Experience in the field of EV charging solutions or physical products
  • Professional experience in both startups and grownup companies
