We are currently looking for a:

Receptionist (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• As the first point of contact, you will be fully responsible for professionally handling incoming inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
• Receive incoming inquiries from our customers and business partners and route them to the appropriate individuals when necessary
• Internally handle the organization of meetings, as well as the hospitality and care of our visitors
• Create and manage incoming inquiries and tickets in our CRM system, and take care of master data maintenance
• Support our sales team in sales-related topics and processes

Your profile:

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and have initial work experience in similar positions
• You are proficient in using the MS Office package
• You can communicate effectively in both written and spoken German and English
• You have a confident, friendly demeanor, good communication skills, manners, and a strong service and customer orientation
