Als knk Unternehmensgruppe beschäftigen wir derzeit rund 220 Mitarbeitende in Deutschland, Amerika, Großbritannien und Frankreich.

Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir einen Technical Consultant (m/w/d) für Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM bzw. Sales, Service oder Marketing in Voll- oder Teilzeit an einem unserer Unternehmensstandorte (Kiel, Hamburg, Berlin, Köln, München, Frankfurt, Stuttgart) oder im Homeoffice.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Technische Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kunden hinsichtlich der Abbildung ihrer CRM-Geschäftsvorfälle
  • Aktive Mitarbeit in Projekten, Teilnahme an und ggf. Durchführung von Workshops (wie z.B. Analysen oder Schulungen)
  • Ausarbeitung von Lösungskonzepten oder Machbarkeitsstudien
  • Überwachung der Aufgaben von internen und externen Projektmitarbeitern und ggf. Change- und Claim Management in enger Abstimmung mit dem knk Projektleiter
Dein Profil
  • Du hast ein IT- oder kaufmännisches Studium abgeschlossen oder verfügst über vergleichbare Qualifikationen, die du über eine Ausbildung erworben hast.
  • Du hast Berufserfahrung in der Software Entwicklung und Anwendung von Entwicklungswerkzeugen für Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM). Alternativ besitzt du Berufserfahrung mit der Microsoft Power Platform, idealerweise aus dem IT- oder Beratungsumfeld.
  • Du hast erste Erfahrungen bei der Einführung von Sales CRM-Systemen oder anderen Informationssystemen gesammelt, wie beispielsweise Salesforce, Zoho CRM, pipedrive, Sugar CRM, etc.
  • Du bringst sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in deutscher und idealerweise auch englischer Sprache mit.
  • Ein Pluspunkt ist, wenn du bereits erste Erfahrungen im Bereich der Verlags- und Medienbranche sammeln konntest, da du so direkt die "Sprache" unserer Kunden sprichst.
  • Du besitzt ein sympathisches, souveränes Auftreten und eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung.
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team, eigene Ziele verfolgst du mit Ausdauer und Beharrlichkeit.
