On behalf of our client we are filling the following exciting position in Essen:

E.ON Drive lnfrastructure (ERDI) bundles E.ONs comprehensive public electric vehicle charging infrastructure expertise and is a vital growth business in a fast developing market.

Tasks

Some examples of your daily tasks:

Be part of something new:
You actively contribute to the development and design of our HR department:

  • You support the introduction of our new HR tool
  • You will be responsible for the creation of guidelines, handbooks and templates
  • You support the daytoday business: you create contract changes, process sickness notifications and assist in the creation of reports
  • Build up from scratch: you contribute your ideas for setting up processes and actively shape them

Requirements:

What You'll Bring To The Team:

  • You are curious, have the desire to contribute your ideas to the development of our HR department, can quickly learn new topics and would rather get started today than tomorrow
  • You have very good communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Your German language skills are at a native level, your English skills are fluent
