Ihre Aufgaben
  • Sie unterstützen die Leitung der Abteilung Software Development bei allen operativ anfallenden Aufgaben in der Software Entwicklung
  • Planung von Ressourcen
  • Talent Entwicklung
  • Sie haben stets ein offenes Ohr für Ihr Team und schaffen eine positive Atmosphäre
  • Sie übernehmen Entwicklungsaufgaben innerhalb des Software Entwicklungsteams, z.B.
  • Erstellung von SW Requirements
  • Erstellung von SW Architekturen
  • Kodierung
  • Planung von Ressourcen
  • Sie übernehmen die Kommunikation und Diskussion mit externen Partnern und unseren Kunden
  • Sie verbessern gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team kontinuierlich die Arbeitsprozesse und entwickeln die abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit maßgeblich weiter
Ihr Profil
  • Erfolgreiches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Informatik, Physik, Elektrotechnik oder ein vergleichbarer Abschluss einer passenden Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung
  • Ausgeprägte Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kunden und Lieferanten
  • Erste Erfahrungen in der Personalführung
  • Organisation von Teams
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich der Embedded Softwareentwicklung in C
  • Erfahrungen im Bereich der funktionalen Sicherheit (z.B. ISO
  • Prozesskenntnisse (z.B. ASPICE)
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich agiler Methoden
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang Polarion, Enterprise Architect, Jira, git und Microsoft Office
