Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

• Provide leadership and personnel planning for up to 20 employees in the picking and shipping department in a two-shift system
• Responsible for picking and shipping
• Organize and control internal processes and troubleshoot issues
• Coordinate and ensure timely and proper shipment processing
• Manage and monitor all operational processes in the responsible functional area, considering legal requirements and safety and quality standards
• Ensure smooth operations in your team, including early identification and resolution of errors and information updates
• Motivate and develop team members
• Lead team meetings and training sessions

Job Requirements

• Several years of experience in logistics and knowledge of IT required
• Experience in leading employees in a professional capacity required
• Understanding of process workflows and ability to work independently
• Flexibility, reliability, and willingness to work shifts
• Strong team player with a sense of responsibility, communication skills, and assertiveness
• Good organizational skills
• Exemplary and reliable work ethic
• Forklift license advantageous but not mandatory
• High commitment, structured thinking and working style including a hands-on mentality
• Good command of German
