Zur Verstärkung am Standort Aalen suchen wir im Rahmen einer Nachfolgeplanung ab sofort einen: Teamleiter Finanzbuchhaltung (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Personalverantwortung sowie Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Koordination der Anlagen-, Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung sowie des Hauptbuchs für die SHW Gruppe
  • Erstellung und Mitwirkung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen inklusive die dazugehörige Berichterstattung nach HGB und IFRS für die deutschen und ausländischen Standorte
  • Ad-hoc Reporting und Auswertungen zu allen Fragestellungen mit Finanzbezug
  • Analyse von Geschäftsvorfällen
  • Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen Buchhaltung und Prüfungsfähigkeit
  • Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Verbesserung und Automatisierung von Buchhaltungsabläufen
  • Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer / Steuerberater
  • Bereichs- und SAP-Modulübergreifende Projektarbeit
Ihr Profil:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen, alternativ eine vergleiche Berufsausbildung mit entsprechender Zusatzqualifikation beispielsweise als Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d)
  • Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position mit Personalverantwortung, idealerweise im internationalen Umfeld eines Industrieunternehmens
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten und ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis
  • Sicherer Umgang im ERP-System (SAP) Umfeld (FI) sowie mit MS Office Anwendungen
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt
