• As the Head of the Corporate Development Office, you will lead, manage, and inspire a team of dedicated experts. Your responsibilities include driving the group's continuous success through Group Strategy, M&A, Digital Transformation, CSR, Sennheiser Mobility, Lab X, and other key areas that arise from the group's strategy.
• Being a part of the top management board, you will provide strategic direction to ensure alignment between the organization's business strategies and its long-term objectives.
• You will play a pivotal role in the group's digital transformation by leveraging cutting-edge technologies and business models to create new possibilities and enhance operational efficiency.
• Your scope will involve overseeing the development and implementation of strategic programs across the organization to ensure they align with the overall strategic goals and are efficiently managed.
• Identifying and assessing potential acquisition targets and investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and leading negotiations for successful transactions will be under your purview.
• Leading and supervising the group's corporate venture building initiatives, such as Lab X, will be a crucial aspect of your diverse portfolio.
• You will represent the group in various external industry, governmental, or trade networks, advocating the group's vision, values, and interests.
• Naturally, you will build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership and external partners, to drive the group's corporate development agenda.
• Requirements include a university degree in economics, business administration, strategy, or related fields, along with several years of leadership experience. Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and business acumen are essential for making data-driven decisions that align with the company's vision.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and deal-making skills are crucial. Demonstrated experience in managing change and facilitating organizational transformation is vital.
• You should also possess networking abilities and the capacity to cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive growth opportunities.
