• Entwicklung und Betrieb (You build it, you run it) eines Systems zur Speicherung, Weiterverarbeitung, Analyse und Anzeige von unseren Bewegungsdaten auf unserer funktionalen Plattform,
• Entwicklung von Daten-Produkten für Kern-Bewegungsdaten, wie z.B. Messwerte, Schaltungen oder Prognosen mit den höchsten Anforderungen an einen zuverlässigen Betrieb als Teil der kritischen Infrastruktur,
• Feinabstimmung des Implementierungskonzepts auf die technischen Gegebenheiten und Anforderungen in den beiden Pilot-Lösungen (Modular Control Center System) und OOC (Offshore Operations Center),
• Umsetzung des Konzepts für die Plattform sowie Onboarding der bestehenden und zukünftigen Applikationen,
• Aufnahme von Anforderungen sowie kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Konzepte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Stakeholdern und Beteiligten aus der operativen Systemführung, IT und Security,
• Planen und Treiben der Durchführung von Proof of Concepts und MVPs sowie Analyse von potenziellen technischen Lösungsansätzen am Markt,
• fachliche Führung von (agilen) Produktteams, u. a. aus Business-Analyst*innen, UX-Designer*innen, Entwickler*innen sowie Solution-Architekt*innen,
• Erstellung, Abstimmung und Pflege von Roadmaps, Release-Plänen sowie der Betriebsplanung des entwickelten Produkts,
• Definition und Beschreibung von Features & User Stories in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Product Ownern sowie dem Product Lead,
• Pflegen des Backlogs und Priorisieren von User Stories im Sprint-Backlog für die Entwicklungsteams sowie das Durchführen von Sprintreviews. In dieser Rolle steuerst du dein Entwicklungsteam in enger Abstimmung mit dem Product Lead und den weiteren Product Ownern der Teams. • Du hast ein mit Master oder Diplom abgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts)-Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Betriebswirtschaft oder ähnlichem,
• Du verfügst über umfassende Erfahrung im Bereich Datenmanagement, idealerweise mit Realtime- oder Zeitreihendaten,
• Du kennst dich mit gängigen Datenbank-Technologien (z.B. PostgreSQL, KairosDB, SkyllaDB, o.ä.) aus und hast Erfahrung mit cloud-native Technologien (Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka usw.),
• Du hast diese Erfahrungen in agilen und klassischen Entwicklungsprozessen im Umfeld von komplexen Softwarelösungen gesammelt und konntest bereits erste Erfahrung in der Führung von (agilen) Teams, idealerweise in der Rolle eines Product Owners, sammeln,
• Kreativität für neue Lösungsansätze bzw. lösungsorientiertes Produktdenken mit hoher Eigeninitiative zeichnen dich aus,
• Du beweist ausgeprägte Organisationsstärke, Überzeugungskraft und Teamfähigkeit,
• Eine zielgruppenorientierte Kommunikation auch komplexer Sachverhalte ist für dich leicht,
• Ein hohes Maß an Lernbereitschaft und Motivation, dich in aktuelle/neue Themen einzuarbeiten, begleiten dich durch den Tag,
• Du sprichst: Deutsch (Verhandlungssicher / C1) und Englisch (B2). Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
• Erfahrung im Energiesektor,
• Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung im Kontext von sehr hohen Sicherheitsanforderungen, idealerweise KRITIS-Systemen,
• Erfahrungen in komplexen Transformationsprojekten bzw. der Ablösung von Bestandssystemen sowie im Umgang mit Business- und IT-Stakeholdern,
