Senior Manager Quality Assurance (m/w/d) Deine Herausforderung:

Als Senior Manger hast Du den Fokus auf die gesamtheitliche Qualitätssicherung, bei der das Quality Improvement im Mittelpunkt steht. Hierfür leitest Du interdisziplinäre Gruppen und Mitarbeiter. Du hast Erfahrungen mit festen und halbfesten Arzneimitteln, die in die Stelle einfließen. Als selbstbewusster, bodenständiger "High Performer" ist es wichtig, als Teamplayer auch eine "Hands-on-Mentalität" zu haben, und operativ mitzuarbeiten.

Der operative Teil umfasst:
  • Weiterentwicklung des QS-Systems
  • QM-Systeme: Abweichungen, CAPAs, Fehleruntersuchung, Beanstandungen und Änderungskontrolle im GMP-Bereich
  • Selbstinspektionen, Kunden- und Lieferantenaudits sowie Behördeninspektionen
  • Lieferantenqualifizierung inklusive des Vertragsreviews
  • Review von GMP- und QM-Dokumentationen im Qualitätsbereich der Firma
  • Dokumenten- und Schulungsmanagementsystem
  • Product Quality Reports
Was Dich auszeichnet:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium bevorzugt der Fachrichtungen Pharmazie, Biochemie, Biotechnologie, Biologie oder Chemie
  • Praktische Berufserfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie, vorzugsweise auf den Gebieten der Qualitätssicherung, der Qualitätskontrolle und der Produktion
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Aufsichtsbehörden inklusive sicherer und eigenständiger Präsentation der Systeme bei Audits und Inspektionen
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung im GMP-Umfeld
  • Erste Erfahrung im Leadership von interdisziplinären Gruppen und Mitarbeitern
  • Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie eine hohe soziale Kompetenz, gepaart mit einem hohen Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Äußerst ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, komplexe Aufgaben eigenverantwortlich zu übernehmen
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
