Job Listing: (Junior) Engineer for DB InfraGO AG

We are currently looking to hire a (Junior) Engineer for Inbetriebnahmeverantwortliche:r STE (m/f/d) at DB InfraGO AG in Dresden, Erfurt, Halle(Saale), Leipzig, Magdeburg, or Zwickau.

Upon recognition as an Inbetriebnahmeverantwortliche:r, you will have the opportunity to use a company car for private purposes (1% rule).

Your Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and oversee the construction approval process according to EIGV regulations in Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, and Thuringia
  • Ensure timely and quality-compliant commissioning of new or modified systems
  • Conduct on-site inspections to identify technical deficiencies and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Make decisions regarding necessary technical measures and monitor compliance with imposed requirements
  • Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of all relevant documents to the Federal Railway Authority
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of railway technology and complete required training and assessments
Your Profile:
  • Hold a degree in Electrical, Telecommunications Engineering or related field with relevant work experience
  • Have a good understanding of railway operations and technology
  • Possess strong communication skills, assertiveness, and collaborative problem-solving abilities
  • Stay focused on commissioning goals and drive action to implement necessary measures
  • Hold a valid Class B driver's license and meet health requirements
  • Display reliability, dedication, and teamwork
