Marketing Manager

We are sailfish. Born in the water and grown up in triathlon. To further drive our global growth, we are looking for a

>> Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

>> What will be your tasks

• Create and execute marketing strategies in close collaboration with management, aligned with business objectives, target audience insights, and market trends.
• Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns including digital, social media, email, events, and more. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly and on time.
• Develop compelling content, including copywriting, graphics, videos, and other creative assets, to support marketing initiatives. Manage content calendars and collaborate with designers, writers, and agencies to produce high-quality content that resonates with our audience.
• Manage our sponsored pro athlete roster including creation of new partnerships, preparation of contracts, activation of partnerships, and performance tracking
• Organize studio and action photoshoots in close cooperation with product management
• Create and manage strategic partnerships in marketing with other brands, teams, events, camp organizers and triathlon

>> What we expect from you

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in digital advertising, social media and email campaign management, or related roles would be beneficial.
• Outstanding passion for endurance sports and triathlon in particular.
• Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Flawless German and English written and spoken
