Our customer is a major Biologics CDMO.

As our Construction Manager, you'll be the driving force behind site coordination, execution, and planning. You'll ensure safety compliance, manage contractors, and coordinate diverse disciplines, from HVAC to cleanroom finishes.

What we're looking for:

• at least a first experience on a construction site as site supervisor, site leader, construction manager, .... preferably within cleanrooms or labs, at a (sub)contractor or engineering office;
• Strong organizational and communication skills;
• A result-driven ability to handle diverse technical information while maintaining a clear overview;
• Working knowledge of English and a good knowledge of German;
• Adaptability and a proactive approach to work;
• Technical knowledge in structural or electromechanics;
• Experience in life science or pharma is an added value;
• An early bird: You are the one who opens the site and are present on site daily. you are the eyes and ears on site of the project manager.
