Hierbei handelt es sich um eine Stelle mit einer starken unternehmerischen Dimension, die sich an erfahrene Vertriebsprofile richtet, die über Agilität und zielorientierte Denkweise verfügen und bereits in Immobilientechnologie-/PropTech-/Immobilienunternehmen in Deutschland gearbeitet haben.
Diese in Berlin ansässige Person wird dem VP of Sales unterstellt sein und für den Aufbau erfolgreicher Partnerschaften mit deutschen Kunden verantwortlich sein und als Führungskraft bei der Förderung kommerzieller Exzellenz im täglichen Betrieb und in der Projektarbeit fungieren
Zu den Hauptaufgaben gehören:
Erstellen eines Portfolios von Möglichkeiten durch eine Outbound-Strategie zur Gewinnung neuer Kunden; Verträge abschließen und langfristige Beziehungen zu neuen Kunden aufbauen; Arbeiten Sie mit Kundenerfolgs- und Produktteams zusammen, um das Kundenerlebnis zu optimieren. Vertragsverhandlungen führen; Dokumentieren Sie wichtige tägliche Aktivitäten, um eine qualitativ hochwertige Berichterstattung sicherzustellen. Bereitstellung von Marketinginformationen zu Wettbewerbsaktivitäten und Markttrends.Anforderungen:
ein umfangreiches Beziehungsnetzwerk innerhalb der Immobilienbranche in Deutschland (von Vorteil auch im Ausland); minimum 3/4 Jahre Erfahrung in der Geschäftsentwicklung und im Vertrieb sind ein Muss; ausgezeichnete Prozess- und Projektmanagementfähigkeiten sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten; strategische Denkfähigkeiten; eine positive, enthusiastische und gesellige Persönlichkeit; große Anpassungsfähigkeit; Solide Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office; fließende Beherrschung der deutschen Sprache und gute Englischkenntnisse; Verfügbarkeit für Kundengespräche in ganz Deutschland.
