One of the German based IT company is looking for Inhouse recruiters.

Job Overview: The Inhouse Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain top talent for various departments within the company. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to sourcing and hiring candidates who align with our company's values and goals. The Inhouse Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing channels.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Employer Branding: Enhance the company's presence in the job market.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Compliance: Ensure all hiring processes comply with German labor laws and regulations.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends and salary benchmarks.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in-house.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with German employment laws and recruitment practices.
  • Language: Fluent in German and English.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms.
