Aufgaben
  • das Detektor System einschließlich der Detektor-nahen Elektronik und Firmware unserer hochpräzisen EUV Masken Metrologie und Inspektions-Plattform maßgeblich gestalten und die erforderlichen Anforderungen analysieren, optimieren und in kundenorientierte Lösungen übersetzen
  • Performance Budgets erarbeiten und bewerten, sowie daraus modulare System- und Baugruppenkonzepte ableiten sowie deren Funktionsnachweis (Simulation und Test) sicherstellen
  • die Gesamtfunktionalität und Machbarkeit (inkl. u.a. Beschaffung, Integration, Test, Transport, Konformität) über den gesamten Lebenszyklus der jeweiligen Produkte sicherstellen
  • die Entwicklung des Gesamtsystems mit Entwicklungspartnern von der Idee bis zur Serienfertigung gestalten und erfolgreich umsetzen
  • Schnittstellen zum übergeordneten Gesamtsystem abstimmen und optimieren
  • Mitwirkung bei der Integration der Detektor Lösungen in ein technisches Gesamtkonzept für das EUV Masken Metrologie System sowie Mitgestaltung der Struktur und Performance des Gesamtsystems
  • Anforderungen und Lösungen für die Technologie-Roadmap der SMS im Bereich Metrology ermitteln
  • den Wissenstransfer im Team fördern sowie komplexe Entwicklungsaufgaben koordinieren

Profil
  • ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im naturwissenschaftlich-technischen Bereich mit Schwerpunkt Optik/Optoelektronik/Systemtechnik (Promotion von Vorteil)
  • einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Umsetzung anspruchsvoller Entwicklungsaufgaben im Bereich optischer Detektoren (EUV und TDI von Vorteil), einschließlich Projektmanagement
  • eine große Leidenschaft für Präzisionsmesstechnik und sehr gute Kenntnisse optischer Detektorprinzipien, insbesondere deren Herstellung, Integration, Charakterisierung, Lebensdauer, Detektor-nahe Datenverarbeitung mit hohen Datenraten und Matlab-Kenntnisse
  • ein hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit und Innovation sowie die Fähigkeit komplexe Sachverhalte klar und strukturiert aufzubereiten, zu präsentieren und zu dokumentieren
  • eine strukturierte, zielgerichtete, kollegiale und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie Spaß am Arbeiten in einem global agierenden Team
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
