Amazon Logistics is looking for a Learning Coordinator, someone who works innovatively, agilely, and customer-oriented to support the Learning Team (Learning and Development).

The Learning Coordinator plays an essential role in onboarding new employees and enhancing performance through trainings conducted in our locations/delivery stations. Moreover, the position involves ensuring compliance with process standards and goals by tracking various metrics.

Collaboration across departments is a crucial part of this dynamic role.
This position requires a high level of flexibility for travel and willingness to work different shifts.

• Your tasks:
• 1. Regular monitoring of learning-specific metrics
• 2. Identifying training and development needs based on metrics and audits in multiple delivery stations
• 3. Conducting process trainings and, if necessary, safety briefings
• 4. Execution and implementation of trainings based on operational requirements
• 5. Training and auditing of trainers who onboard new employees
• 6. Performing process audits and coordinating measures to enhance processes
• 7. Ensuring compliance with the process and monitoring the development of new employees during their onboarding

• Completed vocational training
• Experience in using Microsoft packages: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
• Fluent in German, both spoken and written
• Good level of English proficiency (mainly written English)

• High school diploma and/or university degree (or equivalent qualification)
• Experience in the logistics sector
• Training experience
• Class B driver's license
• Team player mindset
• Experience in designing and conducting trainings
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication abilities
• Strong organizational skills
• Confident presence in front of training groups
• Team player mindset
