Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams am Standort Hamburg suchen wir ab sofort einen Senior Financial Controller (m/w/d). Du wirst in dieser Rolle zentraler Ansprechpartner für die Finanzen unseres Unternehmens. Dabei stehst du im Austausch mit unserer Muttergesellschaft und weißt die richtigen Schlüsse aus den richtigen Daten zu ziehen. Reportings, Analysen, Forecasts - du hilfst uns, diese mit Leben zu füllen und interne Stakeholder und die Geschäftsführung entsprechend zu beraten.


Wie du uns helfen kannst
  • Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen (HGB und IFRS)
  • Schnittstellenfunktion zur zentralen Buchhaltung in der Muttergesellschaft, gemeinsame Klärung von buchhalterischen Fragen
  • Beratung der Teams bei Kosten- und FTE-Planungen
  • Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse und Tools im Bereich Finance und Implementierung von innovativen Lösungen
  • Regelmäßige und bedarfsorientierte Forecasts
  • Konzeption und Durchführung von Reportings und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für die Geschäftsführung, Teams und Entscheider
  • Erstellung von Soll-Ist-Vergleichen und daraus resultierende Abweichungsanalysen
  • Durchführung von Ad-hoc-Analysen zur Aufbereitung spezieller Fragestellungen der internen Stakeholder, insbes. im Personalbereich
  • Liquiditätsplanung sowie Prüfung und Freigabe der Zahlungsvorschläge für wöchentliche Zahlungsläufe

Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft oder entsprechende Ausbildung mit fundierter Berufserfahrung
  • Vertiefte Kenntnisse im Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung und Controlling, am besten in einem dynamischen Unternehmensumfeld oder Start-up
  • Kenntnisse in der Finanzplanung und im internen bzw. externen Berichtswesen
  • Souveränität in der Beratung von Führungskräften und im Umgang mit Dienstleistern
  • Kommunikationsstärke in alle Richtungen und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere hervorragende Excel-Kenntnisse
  • Du sprichst Deutsch und Englisch fließend
