As Portfolio Specialist, you will be supporting is responsible for supporting all Technology Project Portfolio on all levels of the organization by providing a central Portfolio architecture and portfolio overview, measuring Portfolio execution performance against targets, facilitate portfolio reprioritization and decision-making and ensure we develop our people in maturing in Portfolio Management processes.

We support decision makers by capturing, analyzing, and interpreting data from our portfolio management tools and systems.


In this role you will work in a diverse and international team and closely together with the brothers and sister portfolios in the various Platforms and Modules.

This position is located either in Brande, Denmark or Hamburg, Germany.

How to contribute to our vision

  • Oversee coordination of information from Finance to Portfolio Management and Line Management Team
  • Develop resource utilization and allocation recommendations at decision points
  • Reconcile portfolio programs with ordering parties and maintain resource budget overview
  • Provide professional support with structured verbal information, collecting and analyzing data and preparing documentation and presentations
  • Support advanced reporting initiatives across technology.
Additionally, you will have following special responsibilities

  • Own the resource management process, lead the continuous improvement of process and related tools with stakeholders in
- (Platforms, Modules) and outside Technology (Service, Procurement, Manufacturing).

What you need to make a difference

  • You are excellent at managing good relationships with multiple stakeholders, and you are able to communicate with stakeholders from different departments.
  • Ideally, you hold a Master's degree in the fields of Economics, Business Administration or similar fields, and you have at least 5 years of project controlling experience with strong understanding of portfolio management. You have also gained knowledge of globally recognized portfolio management tools.
  • You are an experienced user of Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. It is a plus if you have some experience with PowerBI.
  • You are detail oriented, analytical, and have strong organizational skills. You have a proven ability to meet deadlines and you work well under pressure. Lastly you possess the ability to manage people and time efficiently and prioritize effectively.
  • You have strong communication skills and experience with communication with internal stakeholders of all levels. You have excellent English skills in speaking as well as in writing. Furthermore, you thrive in a multicultural environment.
