At Semikron Danfoss we are currently looking for several Process Engineers (m/f/d) in Flensburg for our innovative processes wire bonding, ultrasonic welding, sintering, soldering, molding, die bonding, automation and electrical test.
Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing and documenting the support and continuous improvement for defined manufacturing processes. You will work both independently and in a team of experts that is constantly growing.
You will also take on the following tasks, among others:
Technical contact for the defined processes for internal and external departments Development of suitable methods for process data acquisition and monitoring Carrying out error analyses with the help of statistical methods Initiation and management of projects for the continuous improvement of products and processes Integration of new manufacturing processes and technologies into production and introduction of new products into existing production linesBackground & Skills

You have successfully completed a Master's or Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, materials science, process engineering or an equivalent technical field and have ideally already gained initial work experience in the production of electronic assemblies and ideally already have process experience.
In addition, we would like to see:
Initial contact with the processes of wire bonding, ultrasonic welding, sintering, soldering, molding, die bonding, automation and electrical testing are an advantage, but not a requirement Knowledge of statistical design of experiments, P-FMEA and SPC Knowledge in problem solving methods A motivated and systematic approach to work A high degree of teamwork and analytical skills Very good English and good written and spoken German skillsIf you have any questions, please contact Paula Scharfenberg, Team Lead Talent Acquisition, at We are looking forward to your application
