Program Coordinator / Mitarbeiter*in Studienfachberatung international im Bachelor in Management & Technology (w/m/d)

Das erwartet Dich:

- Beratung und Begleitung der nationalen und internationalen Studierenden des Bachelors in Management & Technology während des gesamten Studienverlaufs per Telefon, E-Mail und in persönlichen und virtuellen Meetings
- Mitarbeit in der Studiengangskoordination und Unterstützung der verantwortlichen Program Manager
- Unterstützung bei der Konzeption, Koordination und Umsetzung von analogen und digitalen Informationsformaten und Serviceangeboten
- Recherche von Inhalten und Erstellung von Präsentationen
- Selbstständige Pflege und Aktualisierung von internen Dokumenten, Marketingmaterialien und Website-Inhalten
- Planung, Koordination sowie Vor
- und Nachbereitung von internen Meetings und Veranstaltungen
- Übernahme verschiedener Sonderaufgaben wie z.B. Koordination von studentischen Hilfskräften und Projekten nach Bedarf
- Administrative Tätigkeiten wie z.B. die Erstellung von Bescheinigungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit und standortübergreifender Austausch mit allen Program Coordinators im Team

Das bringst Du mit:

- Abgeschlossene, einschlägige Berufsausbildung oder ein zum Aufgabenbereich passendes abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Assistenz
- oder Verwaltungsbereich, idealerweise im Hochschul
- bzw. Wissenschaftsumfeld oder der öffentlichen Verwaltung
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Freude am Umgang und der Kommunikation mit Studierenden
- Serviceorientiertheit, Engagement und eine offene, verbindliche Art im Kontakt mit Studierenden aus aller Welt
- Sorgfältige, gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise, Hands-on-Mentalität und Belastbarkeit
- Freude an der Kommunikation nach innen und außen sowie an der Arbeit im Team
- Interkulturelle Kompetenz, z.B. erworben durch eigene Auslandsaufenthalte
- Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse und die Bereitschaft, sich schnell in weitere Tools und Programme einzuarbeiten
- Idealerweise Erfahrung mit einem CRM- oder Studierendenverwaltungssystem
