Deine Arbeit als Bereichs-/Schichtleiter:in bei Amazon beinhaltet das Einhalten der Sicherheitsstandards, Überwachung von Prozessen und tägliches Teammanagement in verschiedenen Schichten an einem Betriebsstandort. Neben der Bewältigung von täglichen Betriebsaktivitäten fokussierst du dich auf Eskalationen, Prozessverbesserungen und betriebliche Notfallplanung.
Als wichtiger Bestandteil des Betriebsteams arbeitest du mit anderen Teams und externen Partnern zusammen, um die Anforderungen der Kund:innen und Unternehmensstandards zu erfüllen. Du analysierst Daten und Leistungskennzahlen, besprichst betriebliche Vor- und Nachteile von technischen Verbesserungen mit dem Team.
About the team:Das Logistikteam bei Amazon ist für die letzte Meile der Lieferung in Partnerschaft mit Drittanbietern verantwortlich. Kreative Initiativen werden umgesetzt, um die Lieferung von Millionen physischer Produkte an Kund:innen zu gewährleisten. Das Ziel ist es, das Liefererlebnis nahtlos zu gestalten und globale Lösungen für Angebote wie Amazon Fresh, Prime Now und Amazon Restaurants zu bieten.
Es gibt zwei Mitarbeitergruppen: 'Interne' Mitarbeitende, die die Produkte vorbereiten, und 'Außendienst'-Mitarbeitende, die mit Amazon Flex für Lieferungen arbeiten. Das Team arbeitet rund um die Uhr an verschiedenen Standorten, konzentriert sich auf den operativen Betrieb und setzt auf innovative Technologien zur Reduzierung des CO2-Fußabdrucks.
