In diesem Bereich brauchen wir Deine Unterstützung:

Für unser Finance Team suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Strategic Controller (all genders) zum Aufbau und der kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Arbeitsbereichs Strategic Business Navigation.

Deine Hauptverantwortlichkeiten umfassen:
  • Du trägst die Verantwortung für unsere langfristige Finanzstrukturplanung und deren Umsetzung.
  • Du entwickelst unsere strategischen Finanz-KPIs weiter und pflegst diese kontinuierlich.
  • Du erarbeitest ein Risk-Dashboard sowie ein Frühwarnsystems und aktualisierst diese laufend.
  • Du unterstützt aktiv bei der jährlichen Budgetierung.
  • Du arbeitest Vorlagen für strategische Entscheidungen für das Top-Management aus.
Du bringst folgende Erfahrungen mit:
  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Master-Studium im Bereich Finance, Business Administration oder Mathematik und mindestens 3 Jahre fundierte Berufserfahrung im strategischen Controlling.
  • Du hast Kenntnisse im Risikomanagement.
  • Du hast exzellente Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), BI-Systemen, ERP-Systemen und FP&A-Systemen.
  • Du verfügst bestenfalls über Kenntnisse in der Projektarbeit mit Asana und Notion.
  • Du hast fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (min C1) in Wort und Schrift.
