Als **Team Lead Project Management (gn*)** verantwortest du die Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines motivierten Teams sowie die Steuerung spannender Kommunikationsprojekte aus den Bereichen Digital, Branding und Content für unsere namhaften Kunden aus vielfältigen Branchen.
- Fachliche und personelle Leitung des PM-Teams
- Vorbereitung, Planung und Umsetzung unserer Projekte und Pitches
- Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung interdisziplinärer Projekte
- Souveräne Zeit-, Budget-, Ressourcenplanung und Kundenführung
- Controlling und Auswertung unserer Projekte
- New-Business Koordination (Anfragen, Pitches, Ausschreibungen)
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer PM-Prozesse, Standards und Tools
- Förderung und aktive Weiterentwicklung des Teams

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium Kommunikationswissenschaften, BWL, Marketing oder (Wirtschafts-)Informatik,
- Mehrere Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Agentur-, Digital
- oder Medienumfeld,
- Erfahrung in der Steuerung crossmedialer Kommunikationsprojekte,
- Fundiertes Know-how in der Führung von Marken und Projekten,
- Erfahrung in der Teamführung,
- Empathie, Kommunikationsstärke und Neugierde,
- Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, Ownership-Mentalität und ausgeprägtes Kreativverständnis,
- Hervorragende Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse,
- Lust zur Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung des bestehenden Teams
