We are looking for a Working Student Accounts Receivable to join our Accounting team for at least one year. In this role, you will be supporting the accounts receivable process, managing invoicing and assisting the team, gaining valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic e-commerce environment.

What you can expect in this role
  • Together with our team, you will process credit notes and take over simple accounting responsibilities
  • Careful and precise manual invoicing for our valued B2B customers is also part of your field of responsibility. For this, you act as the point of contact for our customers and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth process
  • You take care of account maintenance and support the team in operational processes
  • Also, you work on the reconciliation of payment providers
  • You will work with large sets of data and support the team in keeping the work organised and up to date

Profil
  • Enrollment in studies in the field of business administration, finance or controlling. A basic understanding of accounting processes is a plus
  • Advanced verbal and written skills in German and fluency in English
  • Affinity in working with numbers and analytical thinking. Experience working with excel is a big plus
  • A customer oriented mindset, strong organisational skills and a proactive working style
  • Desire to learn how accounting is properly handled and how accounting processes work
  • Availability to work with us for at least one year
