**Assistant to CFO (m/w/d)**:
**Hier sind Sie gefragt**:

- Sie entlasten den Finanzvorstand in organisatorischen und administrativen Belangen
- Eigenverantwortliches Managen des Tagesablaufs und der Korrespondenz des Finanzvorstandes
- Koordination und inhaltliche Vor
- und Nachbereitung von Terminen und Gremiensitzungen
- Konzeption und Erstellung von Präsentationen, Entscheidungsvorlagen und Protokollen
- Sie unterstützen bei wiederkehrenden Reporting-Aktivitäten auf Konzernebene
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Planung, Organisation und Abrechnung von internationalen Reiseaktivitäten
- Als Schnittstellenfunktion übernehmen Sie die Kommunikation zu nationalen und internationalen KollegInnen
- Sie unterstützen bei Prozessoptimierungen im Backoffice und bringen Ihre Erfahrungen aktiv ein
- Mitarbeit in verschiedenen Projekten gehört ebenso zu Ihren Tätigkeiten

**Damit überzeugen Sie uns**:

- Sie verfügen über ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine gleichwertige kaufmännische Aus
- oder Weiterbildung (z.B. IHK)
- Sie bringen mehrjährige Erfahrungen als Assistenz der Geschäftsführung, des gehobenen Managements oder des Vorstands mit
- Zuverlässigkeit, Loyalität und Integrität sind für Sie selbstverständlich
- Bei sich ändernden Aufgabenstellungen sind Sie flexibel und können sich auf neue Situationen gut einstellen
- Sie besitzen Zahlenaffinität und sind sicher im Umgang mit MS Office O365 inkl. Teams
- Eine proaktive Arbeitsweise, hohe Serviceorientierung sowie eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität zeichnen Sie aus
- Sie haben ein souveränes, verbindliches und empathisches Auftreten
- Auch auf unsicherem Terrain können Sie sich behaupten und selbstbewusst agieren
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab
