Wir, die BMW Group, bieten dir ein spannendes und abwechslungsreiches Praktikum im Bereich Intern Customer Insights. Innerhalb des Bereiches Konzernstrategie ist die Marktforschung zuständig für die Identifikation von Kundenbedürfnissen und die Durchführung globaler Kundenstudien zur Ableitung strategischer Empfehlungen für unterschiedliche Unternehmensbereiche.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist Teil des Teams für Kundensegmentierung und Preisanalysen in der strategischen Marktforschung und bist daran beteiligt, die vorhandenen Studien und Daten optimal für Unternehmensentscheidungen zu nutzen.
- Du führst eigenständig Analysen (Tableau, mTab, Excel, SPSS) durch und unterstützt die Aufbereitung der Ergebnisse in PowerPoint.
- Als Praktikant:in in der Marktforschung hast du damit die Möglichkeit, den Impact von Customer Insights für strategische Unternehmensentscheidungen zu erhöhen.
- Bei deiner Arbeit an relevanten, strategischen Fragestellungen erwartet dich ein inspirierendes Umfeld mit Top-Management-Attention.
Was bringst du mit?
- Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Ingenieur-, Wirtschafts- oder Sozialwissenschaft, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Marktforschung, Data Analytics oder Consumer Behavior.
- Von Vorteil sind erste praktische Erfahrungen in Marktforschung und Datenanalyse.
- Neugierde und Begeisterung für selbstständige Auswertungen und Use Cases.
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Analyse-Tools.
- Sicher in Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
