Junior Analystin

Join us as a Junior Analyst on a full-time basis in the Digital Tech Investment Team.

Being part of the team, you will support Investment Managers in evaluating companies within the Digital Tech sector at all stages of the investment process (from Sourcing to Closing):

• Processing Deal Flows including identification, analysis, and evaluation of innovative business models and technologies
• Assisting in Deal Acquisition and Research as part of Active Sourcings
• Participating in, preparing, and following up on meetings and pitches with entrepreneurs
• Supporting Due Diligence for potential new investments, particularly conducting research and reference conversations regarding market, competition, technologies, trends, and product tests in close collaboration with the responsible Deal Team
• Preparing and participating in Investment Committee meetings of the Fund
• Representing HTGF at selected start-up events

You have successfully completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or business-related field and demonstrate the following qualifications:

• Passion for innovations, new technologies, and entrepreneurship
• Start-up affinity and preferably some initial experience in a start-up or in similar roles (e.g. Business Development, Consulting, or Private Equity)
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Very good German and good English language skills
• Independent and goal-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills, entrepreneurial mindset, a high degree of initiative, and enjoyment in working in a dynamic environment
