How you will make an impact?


You are a young, hungry high potential ready to make the next career step after you got the career boost out of your EA time which lasts usually 12-24 months.

Every day looks different, new projects, strategy meetings, escalation calls and group wide alignments on various topics will determine your daily job.

Your main task is to be part of the daily work of the M.d CEO/MAG CIO - preparation, coordination, follow-up, consulting, listening and learning.

You get direct access to the work of the M.d board acting as a member of the board team, being involved in strategic decisions, learn a lot how executives collaborate and take decisions.

Administratively you are supported by the personal assistant of the CEO.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Independent and proactive support of CEO of our M.d. Management Board in daytoday operations or strategic matters
  • Coordination of decisionmaking processes for top management level
  • Responsibility and preparation of companywide communications for employees and management
  • Support and coordination within internal and external communication
  • Consulting towards stakeholder communication
  • Preparation of presentations and informative reports in alignment with relevant stakeholders
  • Building up your network and socialize with employees, stakeholders and customers on MAG group level
  • Providing comprehensive feedback to the board and management
  • Accompaniment of most appointments as well as support with preparation, coordination and followups
  • Developing of strategic concepts and taking over the conceptual support of aligned tasks
  • According to interests and strengths driving own crossdivisional projects and delivering results spread over our company locations
Clearly the job demands a bunch of different skills and the ability to work independent
within given tasks. Besides you will get deep insights on a wide range of confidential topics.

  • Professional communication in English (German is a plus but not necessary)
