The Hertie School in Berlin prepares exceptional students for leadership positions in government, business, and civil society.

The school offers master's programmes, executive education and doctoral programmes, distinguished by interdisciplinary and practice-oriented teaching, as well as outstanding research.

Its extensive international network positions it as an ambassador of good governance, characterised by public debate and engagement. The school was founded in 2003 by the Hertie Foundation, which remains its major funder. The Hertie School is accredited by the state and the German Science Council.

We are looking to fill the position of

Associate Administration - Franco-German Dialogue Series (gn)
full-time (40 hours/week).

Your tasks:

  • Support in the organisation of the Project Franco-German Dialogue
  • Budget responsibility for the project
  • Support of the Project Manager of the Pariser Platz Talks, e.g. guest relations coordination of event matters, administrative tasks etc.
  • General support for the Centre activities

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or political science
  • Professional experience in the processing of thirdparty funds preferred
  • Very good knowledge of written and spoken German and English, at least one of the two languages on native level, French is an asset
  • Organisational talent
  • Precise working methods, commitment and reliability
  • Ability to work independently and strong team spirit.
