Key Responsibilities:
- Providing technical consultancy, analysis, design, planning, and integration of complex Cisco Collaboration architectures
- Taking ownership of technical projects within a team setting
- Supporting our clients both remotely and on-site
- Collaborating closely with central and decentralized technical departments, as well as with international manufacturers and partners
- Requirements:
- Degree in a related field or a successful completion of a vocational training with extensive practical experience in IT networking
- Above-average customer and service orientation, excellent teamwork, and communication skills
- Demonstrable track record in customer handling, combined with social skills, persuasive communication, and proactive approach
- Enjoyment of teamwork, willingness to deepen acquired knowledge and to share it with colleagues
- Proficiency in both German and English, both spoken and written
