Scrum Master (w/d/m) Position at Development Team in Freiburg

We are looking for a Scrum Master (w/d/m) to join one of our Development Teams in Freiburg. We work not only at the office but also provide the flexibility of working from home.

Excellence, responsibility, and professionalism are the core of our successful solutions. We develop desktop software such as Lexware accounting based on C++ and C#.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • In a scalable environment, your role involves continuously evolving our cross-functional teamwork. You will coach your team and collaborate across teams, balancing pure teaching with a pragmatic approach
  • You will navigate an established environment with cross-functional teams, combining traditional methods with innovative approaches, pushing boundaries, and redefining standards
  • You will work with your team towards self-responsibility and self-organization for optimal product development
  • As a sparring partner for your Product Owners, you will ensure that we delight our customers with the right features

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • You have solid experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in software development projects, and possess a diverse toolkit of methods
  • You blend structured and creative approaches depending on the situation, with a knack for supporting your team effectively
  • You are results-oriented and have strong communication skills, able to address uncomfortable truths in a respectful and appreciative manner
  • You speak fluent German as well as good English for working in our international product teams
