TD Reply is a marketing and innovation consultancy founded in 1999 (formerly known as trommsdorff+drüner ) and a leading specialist in data-driven marketing and trend research. World-famous brands from various industries such as aviation, automotive, finance, FMCG, fashion and insurance trust us. We have been part of the Reply agency group since 2016, which was named Germany's No. 1 digital agency by the Federal Association of Digital Economy (BVDW) for three years in a row.

We recently moved into the new, ultra-modern Reply office at Lützowstrasse 106, which offers a breathtaking view of the whole of Berlin. Of course, there is also delicious coffee and tea, cornflakes, almost all cold drinks your heart desires, table football, a fantastic, huge roof terrace - and above all, many interesting, creative and intelligent colleagues.

We are now urgently looking for reinforcements in the form of data scientists for exciting new projects. Are you a generalist universal genius, a born consultant with experience in creating effective marketing strategies for well-known brands? That's a good start.

But that alone isn't enough for a match. You can only expect a date with us if you meet the following requirements

First, you are enthusiastic about the following tasks:

  • You describe and evaluate data sets based on important results about consumers/customer bases obtained from (un)structured data
  • You work on algorithms to answer business questions using your knowledge of statistics and machine learning (e.g. sales forecasts, media mix allocation, effects modelling)
  • Reports and dashboards are created based on data sources to provide key insights
  • You present the results to the consulting team and our customer base
  • Implementing and maintaining robust data analysis scripts in Python or R at production level rounds off your task repertoire

Secondly, you should have the following qualifications:

  • You have successfully completed a degree in data science, computer science, statistics, economics or similar
  • Your good knowledge of relevant programming languages ​​such as Python and/or R results from several years of professional experience
  • You have a deep understanding of statistical modeling , practical machine learning and big data analytics
  • You are particularly good at effectively creating, presenting and communicating analysis results to other teams
  • You have very good knowledge of German and English
  • Your profile is completed by experience in working on business-relevant research problems with high business value
