Der Bereich Public Relations & Communications verantwortet indikationsübergreifend Kommunikationsmaßnahmen zur Steigerung von Brand
- und Disease Awareness. Hier werden Themen und Produkte mit viel Eigeninitiative und Engagement in Szene gesetzt und neue (digitale) Kommunikationskampagnen entwickelt, um verschiedene Zielgruppen zu erreichen.

**PR & Communications Lead Oncology (m/w/d**)

**Einfluss nehmen**:

- Übergreifende Steuerung der Kommunikationsstrategie sowie Koordination der Themen und Projekte für das Produktportfolio der Onkologie von AstraZeneca Deutschland
- Fachliche und disiziplinarische Führung der PR & Communications Manager Oncology
- Laufende Identifikation, Entwicklung und kommunikative Umsetzung von Themen, Stories und Anlässen zur Steigerung unserer Reputation bei internen und externen Zielgruppen im Bereich Onkologie
- Konzeption, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Kommunikationskampagnen und -maßnahmen
- Unterstützung des Head of Oncology und des Oncology Leadership Teams in der internen und externen Kommunikation
- Auswahl, Briefing und Steuerung von externen Agenturen, Partnern und Dienstleistenden
- Entwicklung und Implementierung kreativer digitaler Kommunikationsaktivitäten
- Konzeption und Umsetzung der Pressearbeit für Fach
- und Publikumsmedien
- Organisation von Pressevents sowie Verfassen und Abstimmen von Pressemitteilungen
- Eigenständige Budgetplanung, -steuerung und -überwachung für den Aufgabenbereich

**Stärken beweisen**:

- Langjährige Berufserfahrungen von mindestens 10 Jahren in der Gesundheitskommunikation (Pharmabranche, PR-Agentur mit dem Schwerpunkt pharmazeutische Industrie), vorzugsweise auch im internationalen Umfeld
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium
- Disziplinarische Führungserfahrung wünschenswert
- Erfahrung in der Fach
- und Publikumskommunikation sowie ein (journalistisches) Kontaktnetzwerk
- Kenntnisse des deutschen Gesundheitssystems
- Erfahrung in der Nutzung verschiedener digitaler Kommunikationskanäle
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgeprägte strategisch-analytische Denkweise, Kreativität sowie proaktiv und hands-on in der Umsetzung
- Hohes Engagement, Eigenverantwortung und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Flexibler und kreativer Teamplayer
- Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
