About the Role

As a Ruby Backend Engineer at Hasomed Tech, you will join a team committed to solving significant challenges within Germany's mental healthcare system. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining robust backend services with Ruby on Rails.
  • Collaborating across functions to innovate and enhance our software solutions.
  • Ensuring code quality and system reliability through comprehensive testing and optimization.
  • Contributing to the evolution of our architecture to ensure regulatory and legal compliance, scalability, and maintainability.
