Your Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based and tailored care for patients in need of intensive monitoring and care in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU).
• Collaborate with a self-organized team to coordinate complex care processes for patients with a wide range of conditions.
• Support and empower nursing professionals in caring for surgical patients in highly complex situations.
• Contribute to enhancing the professionalism and quality of patient care.
• Assist in the restructuring of the PACU as a self-organized team, considering the well-being of patients and team members.
• Demonstrate energy, courage, and patience in adapting to new practices and fostering a positive work environment.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate work processes based on the latest scientific knowledge in healthcare.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Your Profile:

• Registered Nurse or equivalent qualification with expertise in postoperative and intensive care.
• Experience in anesthesia or intensive care nursing is desirable.
• Excellent patient care and empathy.
• Flexibility, responsibility, accuracy, reliability, and strong communication skills.
• Passion for nursing and commitment to continuous learning.
