Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for coordinating and organizing the entire kitchen operation along with the corresponding business figures
• You support your kitchen team leader in professionally managing your team, conducting motivating and appreciative employee discussions, and take on tasks such as staff planning, scheduling, and development
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations according to HACCP is also part of your responsibilities, as well as managing inventory
• You work closely with your kitchen team leader and operations manager, maintaining constant communication
