Head of Customer Success- Emea M/F/d

Your mission:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruit, manage, and develop the team of CTAs and DSAs
- Act as the main global technical leader for the company accountable for customer success
- Create training, processes, and metrics that maximize customer success and differentiated experience with Molecular Cartography
- Establish and leverage a deep technical understanding of Molecular Cartography as well as workflow requirements and related technologies
- Ensure strong connectivity between crossfunctional experts as it pertains to customer support and ensuring best possible analytical outcomes
- Monitor rapidly evolving needs of the market to both iterate support deliverables to meet customer needs and advise company on requirements shifting requirements
- Work closely with R&D, Operations, and Marketing to plan, design, and support development of support documentation and technical content that emphasizes the power of Resolve and Molecular Cartography
- Provide field and customer feedback regularly to all other areas of the company
Your profile:
- 5+ years of management/leadership experience
- Demonstrates leadership traits that create followship and energize the team
- Comfortable and adaptable in a dynamic, fastpaced, everchanging environment of a startup company
- PhD degree in Biology, Genetics, Bioinformatics, or related scientific field
- Significant prior experience in a molecular biology laboratory or related work experience
- Experience with various molecular biology techniques including Next Generation Sequencing (NGS), PCR, microarrays, single cell biology, and imaging (FISH, ISH)
- Experience in sample preparation for imaging, sequencing, or other downstream analytical 'omic technique
- Highly engaging verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong, confident presentation presence.
- Sound analytical reasoning and problemsolving skills
- Innovative, independent, driven, and results oriented
- Methodical and comprehensive, yet flexible and able to easily adjust to evolving requirements and navigate i
- Ability to travel >50%, including overnight and international travel
- Ability to effectively represent customer needs with cross functional teams, including marketing, R&D, operations, and sales
