- Umsatz
- und Ergebnisverantwortung für das Fachhandelsgeschäft mit unseren Homecare Produkten außerhalb DACH
- Ausarbeitung von Verkaufsstrategien und Erschließung neuer Märkte sowie Durchführung von Markt
- und Wettbewerbsanalysen
- Organisation, Durchführung und Teilnahme an Messen und Kundenveranstaltungen
- Entwicklung, Umsetzung sowie quantitative und qualitative Optimierung und Überwachung der Verkaufsstrategie sowie der Umsatz
- und Vertriebsziele
- Sicherstellung eines professionellen Kundenmanagements (Sortiment, Preise, Konditionen)
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung, dem Vertriebsinnendienst, Technical Support und Produktmanagement
- Strategische und fachliche Führung und Weiterentwicklung des International Sales Teams (mit ca. 50 Mitarbeitern)
**Das bringen Sie mit**:
- Abgeschlossenes technisches, medizinisches oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildungen und Weiterbildungen
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in führender Position in einer vergleichbaren Funktion im Bereich Medizintechnik oder sogar im Bereich Respiratory Home Therapy
- Langjährige Erfahrung im globalen B2B Vertrieb (alle Regionen)
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
- Starke Kundenorientierung
- Große Reisebereitschaft und interkulturelle Kompetenz
- Durchsetzungs
- und kommunikationsstarke Führungspersönlichkeit
