YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

:

  • Build and lead a change management team. Coach and mentor the team
  • Instill change management processes in the company
  • Ensure changes are effective and deliver the expected benefits
  • Understand the business needs and strategy
  • Lead the delivery of changes to processes, procedures and supporting system
  • Gain stakeholder support and buyin to changes
  • Proactively work with the business to identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness or efficiency of processes
  • Influence the company's training and development strategy and execution to improve the uptake of change and improve productivity
  • Communicate change effectively
  • Influence change stakeholders to ensure that we increase their commitment and buyin to change and neutralize negative messaging and attitudes
  • Implement measures to track the effectiveness of change and establish suitable key performance indicators
  • Bring central control to change initiatives and resources
  • Manage external resources and vendors where necessary

YOUR PROFILE**:

  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
  • Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent active listening skills
  • Able to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Able to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Able to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
  • Forward looking with a holistic approach
  • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
  • Problemsolving and rootcause identification skills
  • Able to work effectively at all levels of an organization
  • A team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
  • Experience with largescale organizational change efforts
  • Change management certification or designation desired
  • Willing to travel to Berlin occasionally
