Working Student Quality Assurance

- you become familiar with software tools and digital products easily and swiftly
- experience with issue trackers and ticketing systems are a plus
- strong communication skills and very good written and spoken German and English skills
Your tasks
You will
- test new software features
- help to set up API testing for our products
- carry out regular release tests
- write bug reports including descriptions of how problems can be reproduced
- create and maintain test cases and test documentation
- become familiar with different parts of our software products
- engage in explorative testing
- on occasion: help in trouble shooting Zapier Slack workflow automation
This is how we organise our teamwork
- Be part of the team in the Product Unit
- Work directly with the product owner
- Participate in daily standups
- Use Jira to create tickets and pass them on to developers
Responsibilities:
- Taking over major release tests and approving releases
- Testing of smaller features and approval of the corresponding tickets for the release
