Carbmee is an enterprise software company headquartered in Berlin and with offices in Berlin and Munich. We offer a cloud solution that enables companies to analyse, manage & reduce their carbon footprint. We measure our success in the greenhouse gas emission reduction of our customers.

Your Role & Mission

Are you a passionate and talented student eager to apply your web development skills in a dynamic marketing environment? We are looking for a dedicated working student to join our Marketing team onsite in our new Berlin office at Hackescher Markt on a 20 hours base (study-friendly and aligned with your university schedule).

Through your expertise you can contribute to the continuous improvement of our online presence. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both marketing and web development.

Your tasks
  • Assist in the development, maintenance, and optimization of our website using Prismic, Hubspot, WordPress CMS.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code to enhance website functionality.
  • Design and implement website layouts that are user-friendly and visually appealing.
  • Deploy updates and new features on staging environments and ensure smooth transitions to production.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure web content meets business needs and user expectations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies.
  • The role is limited to 6 months.
Your profile
  • You are an enrolled student in a relevant degree program (Computer Science, Web Development, Information Technology, or related fields).
  • You gained first experience with web development projects, either through coursework, internships, or personal projects.
  • You are proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web development languages.
  • You have experience with content management systems, specifically Prismic and Hubspot.
  • You are familiar with version control systems such as Git.
  • You have a general understanding of responsive design principles and best practices.
  • You are able to deploy and manage websites in staging and production environments.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles is a plus.
  • You are a detail-oriented team player with great problem-solving skills.
  • You speak English on a business level (C1).
