Bei Projekt Bauart erwartet Sie ein dynamisches, junges Team, das für zukunftsorientierte und kostengünstige Immobilienprojekte steht.

Aufgaben
- Entwicklung und eigenverantwortliche Umsetzung von Wohnbauprojekten bis zum Abschluss
- Auswahl und Beauftragung von Architekten und Fachplanern
- Verhandlungen mit ausführenden Firmen inklusive Ausschreibungen
- Eigenverantwortliche Überwachung von Kalkulationen, Bauabläufen und Projektcontrolling
- Sicherstellung der Baustellenergebnisse und Einhaltung von Terminen sowie Ausführungsqualität

Profil
Was Sie mitbringen:

Qualifikation:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder fundierte technische Ausbildung (z.B. Bautechniker, etc.)

Erfahrung:
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Bau- oder Immobilienbranche

Sonstiges:
- Unser Modulhauskonzept ist als europäisches Patent eingetragen
